ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During drop launches or high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly due to limited quantities and verification procedures. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

SHIPPING REGIONS

BYN Underground ships across Europe and selected international destinations. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on location.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or carrier delays.

LIMITED DROPS

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our releases, all shipments are handled with controlled inventory management. Once a drop is sold out, no additional units are produced.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international orders outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING

All orders include tracking information. BYN Underground is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist you promptly.
